THE THIRD FAVERSHAM LITERARY FESTIVAL taking place in various of the town’s historic venues: the Old Brewery Store, Guildhall, Alexander Centre, The Limes and Shepherd Neame Visitor Centre’s 15th-century function room, as well as the newer Arden Theatre. There’s a packed programme of events from 19 to 23 February, plus writing workshops and local author readings.
Opening night on 19 February celebrates Kent cheese and ale in the company of raconteur cheesemonger Ned Palmer. There’s events and activities for children and young adults, and an unmissable event for all the family with much-loved author Michael Rosen telling funny stories, funny poems and, of course, pulling funny faces!
Heidi Bryant will also be hosting a free event on the 22nd February at the Guildhall, Faversham from 1.30-2.15pm where she will be talking about the Catnap Stories Trilogy, enabling children to practise new languages, such as French and Spanish and where you will be able to ask her any questions you may have.
Heidi will also sign any books that you purchase from the Festival. There may be a few remaining 1st Edition Books available at the event (Priced at £8.99) - although these are selling out fast...
Full details of the Faversham Literary Festival Event can be found by downloading this pdf.
Heidi looks forward to seeing you there...
