01   Initial contact

We ask you some questions to ascertain the subject, audience and length required.

02 Client brief

We work with you to develop the brief that we will work to which sets out all the requirements, delivery dates and supporting information. 

03 First draft

Following your brief (if agreed with you) we will also add some key marketing elements that will enhance the content which will send to you for review.

04   Feedback

Feedback is based around how closely the brief has been followed and also provides a forum for either side to suggest any changes to the draft text. 

05 Final draft

We will send you the final draft which will include all changes/suggestions made by the client at the draft feedback stage. 

06 How did we do?

Based on client preference, we welcome feedback on how well we did and will take into consideration any ideas to refine the copy-writing process.
